Hmmmmm.....does This Make Sense.....
a: Enzyme ~
b: chemical crowbar
What: "An enzyme is like a chemical crowbar" in that it "breaks down other chemical compounds." A crowbar helps push things using leverage. An enzyme is a surface in which molecules are changed because of a lowering of activation energy for a particular reaction. So a crowbar and an enzyme alter the amount of energy need to get something done. One is mechanical the other chemical.
